1. Acceptance

By using getsyncro.ca and any associated demos or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Syncro AI provides AI agents, workflow automations, and a free AI audit for qualifying service businesses. The website includes interactive demos (chat and voice) for evaluation purposes only.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the demos.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not use the Services to scrape data or build a competing product.

4. AI demo disclaimer

The chat and voice demos are illustrative. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on for business or medical decisions. Syncro AI is not liable for actions taken based on demo output.

5. Intellectual property

The website, branding, copy, and underlying code are owned by Syncro AI. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncro AI's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to CAD $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
